Same factory. Three doll experiences.
Irontech Doll, Real Lady, and Sigafun share one production ecosystem but target different buyers. Use this page to compare materials, heads, robotics, and real sizing data.
Irontech Doll
Real Lady
Sigafun
Same manufacturing ecosystem, different buyer experiences. Irontech has built dolls since 2015; Real Lady (2023) and Sigafun are sister lines from the same R&D system — not third-party rebadges. This guide compares positioning, materials, heads, and ownership factors side by side.
At Sex Dolls Land, we’re the only store that focuses exclusively on this family of brands, so we track their engineering data closely. Irontech Doll, Real Lady, and Sigafun come out of the same production ecosystem — sharing skeleton platforms, skin formulas, and R&D — but each is built for a different kind of buyer. This guide covers their full-body dolls only — if you’re weighing a torso instead, see our torso buyer’s guide — broken down model by model with real sizing data. For a full walkthrough of what everything below costs, check how much a sex doll costs in 2026.
Shared DNA, real differences
- EVO skeleton: the current-generation skeleton used across Irontech and Real Lady bodies. Real Lady’s version adds a double-elbow joint that Irontech’s standard EVO skeleton doesn’t have — when the arm bends, the upper and lower arm sit flush against each other for a more realistic fold.
- Finger joints: most current bodies use either ball-jointed fingers (rounder tip, puncture-resistant) or the newer “orchid” finger joints, which curl further and can hold a grip pose.
- Body-silicone softness: all three brands offer the same three-tier scale — Regular < Super-Soft < Cloud-Feel — though not every body is available in every tier. Regular is the default if unspecified.
- Sigafun’s hybrid construction: Sigafun’s full-body hybrid line pairs a silicone head with a TPE body — different material than Irontech/Real Lady’s all-silicone bodies, which is why it doesn’t carry robotic oral/waist motors, but keeps smart voice and external pump support.
Brand positioning at a glance
Irontech Doll launched in 2015 and has served 100,000+ owners worldwide. Real Lady (est. 2023) is its premium sub-brand; Sigafun is the AI-forward hybrid line. All three share one factory ecosystem — the differences are positioning, default feature packages, and who each line is designed for.
| Dimension | Irontech Doll | Real Lady | Sigafun |
|---|---|---|---|
| Positioning | Flagship silicone line — realism, engineering breadth, and catalog scale | Collectible-grade premium sub-brand | AI-forward hybrid companion line |
| Core technology | In-house EVO skeleton, S+ makeup, 1:1 body replication, jelly breast/hip at scale, ROS Max | EVO MAX bionic skeleton, SS+ makeup, full-body skin micro-texture, waxwork-grade hair implant, ROS Max | Silicone head + TPE body hybrid, IronAI voice |
| Makeup | S+ fixed makeup — durable, refined factory finish | SS+ hyper-real makeup and hand-finished faces as standard | Included makeup balanced for value and smart interaction |
| Skeleton | 201 stainless steel with reinforced pads; EVO joints tuned across 100k+ owner feedback | EVO MAX with shrug-capable bionic frame — lighter, more lifelike posing | Irontech-derived premium frame built for durability |
| Packaging | Heavy-duty corrugated carton for transit protection | EPS cradle + ritual unboxing designed like receiving art | Protective shipping pack focused on safe delivery |
| Signature strengths | PR celebrity body scans, 3D replication pipeline, visual fidelity at catalog scale | Muscle and skin texture mapped from live models, master artisan finish | Best price-to-quality hybrid; widest IronAI head support |
| Best for | Buyers who want maximum choice and engineering options | Collectors and premium all-in buyers who hate spec-sheet shopping | First-time buyers who want smart features without full silicone cost |
What each brand is built for
Factory highlights from the official brand brief — how engineering priorities differ even inside one production system.
Irontech invests heavily in R&D and 6S factory management so S+ makeup and body finishing ship as standard — not paid add-ons. The brand also carries an industry mission around safe, realistic companionship.
Thicker, safer alloys rated for multi-adult load without deformation. Joint tension is refined using 100k+ owner usage data and produced in standardized batches.
Food-contact-grade setting materials and a senior makeup team deliver finishes that rival paid S-tier upgrades elsewhere. Bodies use waxwork-grade simulation; heads ship with in-house ultra-realistic eyes.
Top talent collaborations use 3D modeling and scanning with cloning compounds to reproduce celebrity body proportions for fans who want the closest match possible.
EU and US warehouse stock means many orders reach Western buyers in roughly 3–7 days — faster access at optimized landed pricing.
Irontech was among the first brands to mass-produce stable jelly breast and hip options, plus reliable robotic waist/torso motion at scale.
Selected legacy sculpts gain optimized oral channels, tooth geometry, and optional animated-eye modules for smoother, more natural expressions.
Real Lady targets collectors: every RL body is designed as a complete premium package — SS+ makeup, ROS Max heads, and artisan skin work included rather than à la carte.
Two years of R&D produced a shrug-capable bionic frame that feels closer to a live model while keeping bodies lighter and easier to pose.
Hand-finished faces with soulful character work; bodies use waxwork-grade coloring that reads photographic, not painted.
High-strength outer cartons plus inner EPS cradles make unboxing feel like receiving sculpture — part product, part keepsake presentation.
Top-tier line artisans handle each stage so micro-details stay consistent across the small RL catalog.
Re-engineered head series with upgraded oral mechanics plus optional animated-eye modules for natural expression changes.
Texture data collected from 100+ human models is mapped onto RL bodies for peak surface realism.
Sigafun focuses on approachable full-body entry: Irontech-factory silicone heads on TPE bodies, with AI companionship as a headline feature rather than robotic oral/waist motors.
Silicone heads and TPE bodies are built on Irontech production lines — visual fidelity, touch, and durability lead the hybrid segment at aggressive pricing.
Large overseas inventory keeps popular SKUs shipping quickly — important for first-time buyers who do not want a long factory wait.
Soft-head dolls pair with the in-house language model and Dollia app for conversational companionship without external speakers breaking immersion.
Sigafun is the line for buyers who prioritize AI interaction and hybrid value over all-silicone robotics — see the Sigafun buyer guide for model picks.
Material strategy by brand
| Brand | Core Material Strategy | What It Means in Practice |
|---|---|---|
| Irontech Doll | Mainly full silicone bodies (with wider catalog variance) | Largest body/head matrix and advanced upgrades, but handling effort depends heavily on selected body weight. |
| Real Lady | Premium full silicone line | Most curated “all-in” premium experience with tighter model set and higher ROS Max concentration. |
| Sigafun | Hybrid (silicone head + TPE body) | Budget-friendly entry path with different feature tradeoffs versus premium all-silicone tiers. |
Material is often the most important first decision. See TPE vs silicone sex doll guide.
Head systems: ROS Max, legacy ROS, IronAI
| Brand | Head Sculpts | ROS Max | Legacy ROS | IronAI-Compatible |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Irontech Doll | 84 | 24 (~29%) | 11 | 2 |
| Real Lady | 23 | 18 (~78%) | 2 | 2 |
| Sigafun | 18 | 0 | 14 (~78%) | 6 (soft heads only) |
ROS Max is the current premium head-motion system (see our AI sex doll head guide). Real Lady standardizes almost entirely on it; Irontech offers it selectively across a much larger catalog; Sigafun runs on the legacy ROS platform but has the widest IronAI support on its soft heads.

Robotic features and options
Robotic oral and robotic waist are separate internal motors; a body can support one, both (as an “all-in-one”), or neither, depending on its specific skeleton and joint length. This is why availability varies model by model rather than brand by brand.

Frequently asked questions
Are Irontech Doll, Real Lady, and Sigafun made by the same factory?
Yes. All three brands share the same production ecosystem, skeleton platforms, and TDF-certified quality control. They differ in positioning, head catalog, and default feature packages—not in core manufacturing standards.
What is the main difference between Real Lady and Irontech Doll?
Real Lady is Irontech’s premium sub-brand (est. 2023) with four curated silicone bodies, ~78% ROS Max head coverage, and a double-elbow EVO skeleton upgrade. Irontech offers the widest catalog—35 bodies and 84 head sculpts—with more mix-and-match flexibility.
How is Sigafun different from Irontech and Real Lady?
Sigafun’s full-body hybrid line pairs a silicone head with a TPE body (159–164cm, 39–42kg). It does not support internal robotic oral or waist motors but offers smart voice, external pump support, and the widest IronAI compatibility on soft heads—at a more accessible price point.
Which brand is lightest?
For full-body dolls under 30kg, Real Lady RL 150 (26kg) and Irontech IR 148P / IR 161M (26.5kg) are the lightest options. Sigafun’s smallest hybrid starts at 39.2kg (SG 159).
Do all models support robotic features?
No—compatibility varies by body model and skeleton joint length. See the robotic features table above for model-by-model oral, waist, smart voice, and external pump support.
