I bought the Real Lady 159 from xdollsland, and they were excellent. A class act from start to finish. Anson answered all my questions within the same day and was incredibly patient and informative. They kept me updated every step of the way and were even able to accommodate a last minute change with the face makeup I had made, even though they absolutely did not need to. From what I understand they specialize in Irontech dolls, so that includes their Sigafun, Irontech, and their premium Real Lady brand which I am reviewing today.
The week after I ordered her, they’d already gotten started on the heads and were able to get the makeup exactly how I asked for (light with a bit of blush). Factory pictures came through on April 8th, and she arrived on April 24th. For a custom full silicone doll with the extra options I selected, that timeline felt reasonable and they kept me updated every week.
The customization process was more involved than I expected. I sent reference photos for the makeup on both heads and went back and forth several rounds getting the lip color and blush right on the Suki head. Anson was able to relay every request to the factory and kept sending updated photos for approval until I was completely happy with how it looked. Also, mid-way through production I ended up asking to change the hair reference for the Yuna head from short white to longer dark hair. They had literally just moved it into the makeup room but managed to get the updated references in before the artist started. Not something they had to accommodate, but they did.
Anson handled my order from start to finish. He responded to questions within the same day consistently, which matters a lot when you’re spending this kind of money and just want to know what’s going on with your order. At one point I also made a last minute change to the Yuna face makeup after the order was already in production. He managed to get it sorted out without making it a big deal, even though that was entirely on me for the late request.
Overall the buying experience was very smooth and professional. For a newer retailer, they handled a complicated order well, and ensured that I was satisfied with each small detail of my new doll, and she turned out absolutely amazing. She’s my favorite doll in my collection. Unboxing Experience and Initial Impressions
The box was quite heavy, being around 90lbs since it had the doll and the heads, but once I got it up the stairs it was time to unbox! She came in well-protected with some expanding foam on the top, wrapped up in a microfiber tan blanket, with her arms and legs protected with more packing material. She came in in perfect condition, and was breathtaking once I got to see her for the first time. She just looked so good. The doll also came with some extras like a cleaning bottle, a heating rod, user manual, a bikini set, and a wide-tooth comb for the implanted hair.
Body Shape and Proportions
This is the most realistic doll in my collection, and the attention to detail is insane. The Real Lady 159 stands at 159cm and weighs 33.48kg (about 73.8 lbs), which is notably lighter than many STPE dolls at a similar height. The measurements are: 88.5cm breastline, 61cm under breastline, 56cm waist, and 95cm hips, with 39cm shoulder width, 68cm arm length, 54cm thigh circumference, 36cm calf, 80cm leg length, and 22cm feet. The proportions are curvy and feminine, and in person the silhouette reads as a realistic body shape rather than something exaggerated or cartoonish.
The skin tone I went with is called “silky cream,” and looking closely at the skin, there is the kind of variation you would actually expect on a real person. Veins, skin texture, pores, all of it is present and visible. The vagina area is so detailed it looks freshly shaven, with pores that genuinely look like they could grow hairs. This is full silicone, and the level of skin work that Real Lady does at the SS+ tier is in a different league from standard TPE or even most competing silicone brands.
The details on the hands and feet are absolutely incredible, the veins aren’t just colored but also raised on both the hard hands and the feet. Feet lovers rejoice!
The nails for the hands and feet are applied well and the hands even have wrinkles, with unique looking fingerprints.
The nipples also have realistic wrinkles, putting them in your mouth you can actually feel the texture and softness of the nipples, and the colors look fantastic. Feeling them in your palms or sucking on them is amazing
Head Choices
T1 Yuna (ROS MAX) The Yuna head looks awesome, just like the promo pictures. The ROS MAX system on this head includes a realistic oral cavity with modeled teeth, tongue, and the back of the throat, plus a natural mouth-opening mechanism and stable eye structure. The oral cavity depth is 13cm with a 3.5cm mouth diameter, and the interaction feels smooth and functional. Her eyes are adjustable if you want them to look in different directions, which is a small but useful detail for posing and photography. You can see the pores in her face up close, and the makeup application at the ROS MAX tier is noticeably higher quality than the standard options.
S20 Suki (ROS MAX) The Suki face is extremely beautiful, and the ROS MAX system feels great on this head as well. Same oral structure with the teeth, tongue, and throat detail. Both heads share the same ROS MAX functionality, so the choice between them is purely about which face you prefer. On both heads, the eyes are lifelike and adjustable. One thing to be careful about with the ROS MAX heads is the makeup. It looks really good, especially on the Suki, but I would be cautious about being too rough with the oral area since you do not want to damage it.
Skin, Detail, and Realism
This is where the Real Lady 159 separates itself from everything else I have reviewed. Looking closely at the skin, the detail is genuinely at a different level. The pore texturing, the subtle color variation across different parts of the body, the microvascular lines under the surface, the muscle contours that shift and undulate when you press on the lower abdomen, arms, and buttocks. The seams at the shoulders and hips are almost invisible. It does not look like a manufactured surface, it looks like skin. That is not something I say about most dolls.
Implanted Hair
The implanted hair is a must on a doll at this realism level. A wig would disrupt how realistic everything else is. The hair looks natural and integrates with the head seamlessly. The tradeoff is that it is slightly prone to shedding. I use wig hair spray to soften it and a wide tooth comb to manage it, which makes things a lot easier. If you are buying a Real Lady, go with the implanted hair.
Breast Softness and Feel
I opted for all the softness upgrades on this doll, including the jelly breasts. The breasts are super soft and realistic, and they droop down just the right amount rather than sitting unnaturally perky. There is real, visible movement and bounce. When lying on her side, they drop and shift naturally. On the OnaLab softness scale, where -5 is firmest and 5 is softest, the breasts and ass sit at about a 4 out of 5. That is very soft for a full silicone doll, and the jiggle factor is genuinely fun. She is also great to dress up because of how the soft areas move and settle under clothing.
Body Softness Breakdown
Real Lady offers multiple softness tiers for different body zones (the butt has standard, soft, and ultra soft options), and I went with ultra soft on everything available. Here is how it breaks down on the OnaLab softness scale where -5 is the firmest and +5 is the softest.:
Breasts and ass: +4 (extremely soft and jiggly, slapping the ass is satisfying). These are both gel filled and add an extra dimension which is just so fun and realistic to have. I highly recommend the extra soft in particular, though that may come at a bit less durability over years of usage.
Thighs and stomach: +2 (noticeably softer than the rest of the body, adds realistic variation). I liked the thigh upgrade a bit more but grabbing onto the stomach while in missionary or cowgirl is fun and realistic.
Rest of the body: +1 (firmer but still good for a full silicone doll). Other parts where they don’t offer the extra soft options are still ending up quite soft, because the whole body is of ultrasoft softness rather than standard.

I went with hard hands, and they are insanely realistic. I can actually see and feel the fingerprints, the folds and creases in the knuckles and palms, and the coloring looks completely lifelike. They are not posable the way soft skeleton hands would be, but the trade-off in realism is absolutely worth it for display and photography.

The Real Lady 159 uses an EVO MAX skeleton. The joints are firm and hold poses reliably, which is important at this weight. Standard doll handling practices apply here: support the joint while moving it, avoid forcing range of motion, and be deliberate about repositioning. At 33.48kg this doll is lighter than many STPE options at similar heights (the FunWest 159 STPE comes in at 38.5kg by comparison), which makes handling and maintenance meaningfully easier.

Full silicone has the advantage of being virtually odorless compared to TPE, and the Real Lady 159 confirms that. There was no noticeable material smell on arrival. But what you get for that money is a full silicone doll with SS+ skin treatment, ROS MAX interactive heads, implanted hair, body heating, jelly breasts, ultra soft zones, and a level of anatomical detail that I have not seen matched at any price point. The Yuna and Suki ROS MAX heads are both beautiful and functional, and having two heads gives you some nice variety.
